Legend Odin™ RPG is operated by Legend Odin™ LLC. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or registering for events, you agree to the following terms.

Business Operations

Legend Odin™ RPG operates primarily as an online business. We do not accept customer visits at our registered business address. In-person events are hosted at rented community centers, hotels, or event venues. Ages 13 and up / Under 13 must be accompanied by Adult.

Products & Online Sales

All merchandise sales are subject to availability. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Event Registration & Pre-Sales

Event seat, game sessions, and experiences may be offered as pre-sale items. Pre-sales reserve a spot for a future event and do not guarantee specific outcomes, storylines, or game results. walk in are welcome.

Cancellations & Refunds

Event fees and pre-sales are non-refundable, unless an event is canceled by Legend Odin RPG.
If Legend Odin™ RPG cancels an event, customers may receive a refund or credit at our discretion.
No refunds are issued for missed events or no-shows.

Assumption of Risk

Participant Notice
Participation in tabletop gaming events involves group interaction and extended periods of play. All participants attend and participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal well-being while at the event. Ages 13 and up / Under 13 must be accompanied by Adult.

Legend Odin™ LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. By attending, participants acknowledge and agree that Legend Odin LLC shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, or other incidents that may occur during participation.

Limitation of Liability

Legend Odin™ LLC is not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or damages incurred during online participation or in-person events held at third-party venues.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Event Disclaimer

Legend Odin™ RPG events are hosted at third-party rented venues. Venue rules, accessibility, and policies may vary.

By registering for or attending an event, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own conduct and belongings.
Legend Odin™ LLC is not responsible for venue conditions, staff actions, or third-party services.
Event content may include fantasy themes, role-playing scenarios, and imaginative storytelling.

All event registrations, including pre-sales, are final unless otherwise stated.

Legend Odin™ LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to providing quality products and experiences. This Return and Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made on Legend Odin.com, including merchandise, event registrations, and pre-sales.

1. Terms of Return

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving physical merchandise.
Pre-sale items, event registrations, and digital downloads are non-refundable, unless canceled by Legend Odin LLC.

2. State of Return

Physical merchandise must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Reason for Return

Returns are accepted for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items shipped
Returns for “changed mind” purchases are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Process for Return

Contact Charles@legendodin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
Legend Odin™ LLC will provide instructions for returning your item, including the shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Process for Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Note: Pre-sale items, event registrations, and glam-camping pre-sales will only be refunded if Legend Odin™ cancels the event or offering.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested for damaged or incorrect items.
Follow the return process above and indicate the item you wish to exchange for.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Pre-Sale & Event Registrations

Event tickets, gaming sessions, or future glam-camping pre-sales are non-refundable, unless canceled by Legend Odin LLC.
Pre-sale purchases reserve priority access or early participation but do not guarantee specific dates, locations, or outcomes.
Refunds for canceled events will be issued at Legend Odin™ LLC’s discretion.
